How An Idea Became A Company

 

Since childhood, Sharona Merlin was always fascinated by the gold jewelry her grandparents would give her as gifts for her birthday. She often stated that, "wearing that jewelry automatically connected me to the memories I had with them, I guess that was the reason I was attracted to the world of jewels." That collection of gold and gemstones meant the world to her and sadly, one day is was stolen along with the jewels her grandmother left her mom when she passed away.

Turning tragedy into inspiration, Sharona decided to use her skills as industrial designer to redesign the precious stolen jewels. 

That is when RONCHA was born, named after Sharona's childhood nickname given to her by her deceased dad Kobi merlin.
